Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
The short version: Architectural Metal Panels LLC (“Texas Metal Panels,” “we”) collects the contact and project details you choose to share so we can prepare your estimate and complete your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile number for anyone else’s marketing.
This policy covers our website, calls, texts and in-home estimates. Questions? Contact us anytime.
What information do we collect?
We collect what you give us, plus a little technical data that keeps the site working and spam-free.
Information you give us
- Estimate and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, street address or ZIP code, the type of project, any price estimate you create with our roof calculator and any message you write.
- During an estimate or project: measurements and photos of your home’s exterior, product and color choices, and any insurance claim or HOA details you decide to share.
- Calls, texts and emails: the content of your messages and the number or address you use.
We do not collect credit card or bank account numbers through this website.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we record the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address used only to limit repeated submissions. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools also log pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If we turn on a session-analytics tool such as Microsoft Clarity, it also records how pages are used (clicks, taps and scrolling), with what you type into forms masked.
How do we use it?
Only to serve you and run the business. We use it to:
- respond to your request, schedule visits and prepare written estimates;
- pull permits, prepare HOA submittals, order materials and complete your project;
- register manufacturer warranties and honor our lifetime warranty;
- send documentation to your insurer or lender when you ask us to;
- keep the website secure, block spam and understand which pages are useful; and
- meet tax, legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
How do calls and text messages work?
When you submit a form or text us, you agree that we may call or text the number you provided about your request, appointments and project. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. After you opt out, we will reach you by phone or email instead.
- We will not send promotional texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
- We do not share your mobile number, text opt-in or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Some phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers that forward to our office. Our call-tracking provider logs the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the page or ad that led to it. If a call is recorded for quality or training, you will hear a notice at the start.
Who do we share it with?
Only the people needed to do the work, and never for sale. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
- Service providers that host the website and handle email, scheduling, customer records, texting, call tracking, analytics and security, under terms that limit their use of your data.
- Manufacturers, receiving your name, address and product details to register warranties.
- Your insurer, adjuster, mortgage company or HOA, only when you ask us to or approve it.
- Authorities or a buyer of our business, if the law requires it or the company is sold.
Cookies, analytics and spam protection
We use a few cookies and similar tools to run the site and measure what works.
- Essential cookies keep forms and security features working.
- Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit, how they arrived and what device they used, in aggregate.
- Browser storage remembers small preferences, such as closing a storm-alert banner.
- Fonts, maps and videos from providers such as Google may receive your IP address and set their own cookies.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to confirm a person rather than a bot is submitting, usually without a puzzle to solve. Cloudflare processes that information under its own privacy policy. We also use a hidden spam-trap field and a submission timer. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising.
How long do we keep it?
Only as long as we need it. Estimate requests that do not become projects are deleted or anonymized within 24 months of our last contact. Customer records, including contracts, product records and installation photos, are kept for as long as your warranty is in effect, because we need them to honor it, and longer where tax or legal rules require. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months, and security logs for a short period.
We protect your information with encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Texas law requires.
What are your Texas privacy rights?
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data, and we honor them for every customer:
- confirm whether we process your personal data, and see it;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete personal data you gave us or that we hold about you;
- get a copy in a portable format; and
- opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and significant automated profiling. We do none of these, but you may still opt out.
To make a request, email info@texasmetalpanels.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line or call (469) 569-3956. We verify requests by matching the contact details we already have, respond within 45 days (or tell you if we need one 45-day extension), and do not charge for up to two requests a year. An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will answer within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
Children, other websites and updates
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we will delete it if we learn we have. Other websites we link to, such as lenders and review sites, have their own policies. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will not use information in a materially new way without telling you first.
